How many to a room?

Most of our Corporate rates are based on single occupancy of a double room, however we are happy to work within your budget which may involve 2 sharing a twin /double room.

Do you cater for specific dietary requirements?

YES. All hotels are able to cope with all dietary requirements with advance notice before departure from the UK.

Do I need to bring my own towel?

No. All hotels provide hand and bath towels.

What does breakfast consist of?

Continental breakfast is provided in all hotels consisting of fruit juice, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, yoghurt, cereal, bread, croissants, ham, cheese, biscuits, cakes, jam & butter. A selection of hot food is also generally available

What does lunch consist of?

20 euros per day is given for lunch to be bought at mountain restaurants of your choice.

What does dinner consist of?

Dinner is a set menu consisting of aperitif, apetizers, starter, main course and dessert with 1/4litre of wine per person and a digestif .

Do groups get priority boarding on aircraft?

No. A payment can be made to ensure that you board the aircraft first and avoid queues at check-in. This must be requested at time of booking and the appropriate supplement will be added to the final invoice.

Are flight seats allocated all together?

No. Seats are generated at random though a payment can be made to ensure that you get seats together. This must be requested at time of booking and the appropriate supplement will be added to the final invoice.

Do clients get complimentary food on aircraft?

No. Food can be purchased on board though beware this can sometimes be very limited. On some airlines meals can be prebooked. This option will be offered at time of booking and the appropriate supplement will be added to your final invoice.

Are visas required for entry into the European Union?

Currently holders of UK passports do not require a visa for entry into EU countries. Please advise us the nationality of all passengers travelling in order that we can inform you if visas are required. It is however the responsibility of the client to ensure that they have the appropriate documentation for entry.

What is the luggage allowance?

This varies between airlines. Your Booking Confirmation will advise what your luggage allowance is. As a guide between 20kgs and 23kgs.

Can I take my own ski equipment?

Yes. A supplement is payable for carriage of snowsports equipment. The price is different between airlines and will be advised at time of booking.

Do I need to print my own boarding pass?

Yes. Your flight booking reference will be noted on your Final Information letter. You should then go onto the airline’s website and input your passport details in order to check-in and generate your boarding passes.

Can I fly from any UK airport?

Yes. It is possible to fly from any Uk airport as long as they offer flights which meet with our scheduled coach transfer times.

Do I require an individual passport?

Yes. Every passenger needs to have their own passport with an expiry date of 6 months beyond their expected return to UK date.

Do I need to take out my own travel insurance?

Yes. All clients are advised to have their own fully comprehensive policy which covers wintersports and covid related viruses.

What if I lose my ski pass?

You are responsible for the safeguarding of your skipass and therefore liable to any additional charges made for replacement.

What about ski instruction?

Two instructors will be allocated to your group for either guiding round the slopes or tuition.

What about the equipment.

Appropriate equipment will be issued dependent on the indivual’s ability.

Are transfers included to UK airports?

This can be arranged if required for an additional supplement to be paid with the final invoice.

Are transfers included from European airports to resorts?

Yes. This can be in the form of private chauffeur driven taxis through to minibuses and larger luxury coaches. Your budget and numbers will dictate the type of vehicles used unless a specific type is requested and included in the price.
